I am a dedicated wife, mother, and educator with a profound commitment to holistic health and well-being.

 

My journey into natural healing began with the birth of my first child, an experience marked by significant physical and emotional challenges. I endured a complex pregnancy, a strenuous delivery, and a difficult postpartum recovery. However, through divine providence, I encountered a knowledgeable woman who guided me in restoring my physical and emotional well-being. Her wisdom not only facilitated my recovery but also inspired a lifelong pursuit of holistic wellness and non-invasive healing modalities. As I deepened my understanding, friends and family increasingly sought my guidance for their own health concerns, reinforcing my passion for this field.

 

In my pursuit of knowledge, I became a certified birth doula and trained in infant massage.  My exploration eventually led me to Holistic Kinesiology, commonly known as muscle testing and energy balancing.  I was astounded by the efficacy of a few targeted techniques that could provide immediate and lasting relief because it seeks to identify and address the underlying physiological, emotional, and energetic imbalances that contribute to dysfunction, not just addressing symptoms. 

 

The capstone of my healing education that ties all of my experiences together has been becoming a Licensed Massage Therapist.  This branch of my journey has allowed me to integrate my knowledge of the body, mind, and spirit in a deeply personal and transformative way. As a Licensed Massage Therapist, I have the privilege of helping others heal by not only addressing physical pain and tension but also by creating a safe, nurturing space for emotional regulation and relaxation. 

 

My mission is to make these healing modalities accessible to a broader audience, particularly underserved communities that may lack awareness of their own capacity for self-healing. Through education, advocacy, and direct practice, I strive to empower individuals with the knowledge and tools necessary to reclaim their health and well-being.
