Sound Bath Meditation - Individual

Service Description

As you relax lying down or seated, various instruments such as crystal singing bowls, gongs, tuning forks, shells, rainsticks, ocean drums, etc. will be played. You will be immersed or “bathed” in sound, encouraging your body and mind to enter into a relaxed, meditative state. Sessions are 60 minutes. ($60)
